Any and all payment for any or all services is due immediately based on the terms mutually agreed upon between NADAL SA and the customer. NADAL SA has the right to levy fines for any delinquent account as seen fit by NADAL SA. Freight charges are determined based on the volume, weight, and value of the merchandise and the transportation method(s) used in transporting the merchandise. NADAL SA reserves the right to change the determining factors of the freight charges without warning whenever it is necessary. When transporting goods for the customer, NADAL SA agrees to deliver the goods in similar condition as they were received. NADAL SA is not liable for any damages or changes to merchandise before or after NADAL SA had the merchandise in its possession. The warranty for any and all items purchased from or through NADAL SA is the manufacturer warranty as determined by the manufacturer. While NADAL SA promises to make an honest effort to help the customer with any support issues, NADAL SA is not responsible or liable for a any and all support issues.
